In our daily water purification market, the majority of ultrafiltration membranes have already adopted PVDF ultrafiltration membrane components, and its filtration method also tends to adopt full flow filtration. Regularly open the discharge valve to discharge pollutants or cross flow filtration. At the same time, open the sewage valve to discharge 5% - 10% of the sewage during working water production. Our membrane components generally accept automatic control rather well. Therefore, unnecessary prefiltration process is usually using 50-100 μm pore size.
The tubular membrane module is composed of several single PVDF membrane tubes assembled into a bundle of membrane tubes placed in a plastic or stainless steel cylinder and secured in a suitable manner. When use it, under pressure, water and small molecular substances in the feed liquid can permeate outward through the micropores on the membrane and porous support tube, and after collection, they are discharged through the outlet hole.
